The New York City Access Resource Guide for the Deaf, Deaf-Blind and Hard of Hearing provides a comprehensive listing of resources throughout the five boroughs available for Deaf, Deaf-Blind, and Hard of Hearing people, their families, and service providers.

The Access Guide will be useful for deaf, deaf-blind, and hard of hearing people and their families who use agencies daily, need to know and understand their rights as consumers and citizens, and how to access such agencies. The guide will also be useful for service providers who meet and work with deaf and hard of hearing people.
